so.. question?  Is this in effect yet? Is there no more legal need for a front plate? We already have gotten past the tint law. Did we get this too?

nah. i got my first f'in ticket by some bitch cop around here for it last week. she made me late to work and everything. funny thing is, there was no way for her to see my plate because she was perpendicular to me... biisssshhhhhh
